Football Coded Grading System

Integration into Football Camp Coaching:

1. Consultation - The first step is to contact Football Coded for a consultation. During the consultation different options and licenses suitable for your holiday camp programme will be explained. 
2. Coach Training - Once licensed, integration begins with in-house coach training for your coaches with a Football Coded Coach Tutor. The tutor will run through the relevant Grading Level tests for your coaches and provide recommended coaching drills (that fit within the FA coaching model) which they can use to prepare their players' for the Grading Tests. 
3. Branding - The next step to integration is to include the Football Coded branding material which you will receive, into your holiday camp promotional material and outline the major Q & As regarding the Grading System on your website.
4. Camp Start - The Football Coded Grading System is explained to the players in a brief presentation at the start of the holiday camp.
5. Coaching - Your camp coaches then deliver the holiday camp coaching schedule.
6. Grading - On the last day of the camp will be the Grading Assessments which are done by a trained Football Coded Assessor. Players will be taken from a coaching session in pairs or threes for Grading (approximately 10 minutes). 
7. Pass - If a player passes a level they receive an official Football Coded certificate and have a presentation solo and/or group photograph/s. On their next camp they can then begin to learn the techniques that form the next Grading Level.
